Fitbit won't sync only for update

I can't seem to get my Fitbit to update. I have had it for a couple months and have done updates before and it has always been difficult to sync but now it won't at all. I can still sync my tracker (steps and such) but it doesn't show up on my phone now, just tells me I have synced already recently. Please help!

Same here I am trying to figure out what is happening my sync is not doing it I have to do, it today I woke up and I had done 11.000 steps in my Sleep? I think NOT....help what should i do will contact fitbit also.
