I would buy a new device, but literally just want a very small device that logs steps.
The app updated. Now I cant sync. Still cant sync after trying the things below. Im open to ideas. Thanks
-bluetooth on and off -restart phone -restart app -remove and attempt To reconnect the device(failed) -Reinstall the app

Try syncing with your Versa on the charger. Sometimes that works for me. If it doesn’t, login to the website & try syncing from your dashboard there vs using the App. Good luck!
