This is for a Versa 3 but 4 is just the same.
We gave our friend my sons Versa 3 as he had bought a Versa 4, recently the screen has started to peel at the edge where you can fit a finger nail under and lift.
Any suggestions where we can get this fixed?

Hi @thybountyhunter there are no repairs for these devices, although there are third party services who provide repairs. Unfortunately, it will remove the factory seal, which could mean water would get into the device. Have you considered looking into a special protective cover band from Amazon, which takes the entire pebble and keeps it safe? You might need to look around and see which product would work for you.

@thybountyhunter Hi. I don't think it really matters what model you have. I have a Vera 1, 2, and 3. The face fell completely out of the Versa 2. I got B-7000 glue intended for smartphones, tablets, etc. from Amazon. I scrapped the old glue off which wasn't even hard, it was like a gel. Wiped the edges good, and applied the B-7000. So far it's holding fine.
If you don't want to mess with it yourself, mayne try Batteries plus, or uBreakiFix? They are both experienced with gluing phone screens back on, maybe they look at it for you.

Okay so turns out via Best Buy Canada it still is under an extended warranty, however heading there they claim the warranty is invalid as it was due to physical damage and not wear and tear.
I am submitting 2 pics, you be the judge.

@thybountyhunter Not much we can say? From what I've seen on here, Fitbit usually honors the warranty if the face fell off. But BB doesn't want to.

Clarifying, face has not fallen off it is just lifting on one side about a mm or 2mm.
