Flat Jarvis - Not validating payment?

Anyone else having trouble with the Flat Jarvis clock face for your Versa?  I purchased it yesterday, was working fine, then all of a sudden would not update and confirm I've paid, and when you click on the "Touch here to validate the payment" nothing happens.  Rather frustrating.  Want to make sure we are not being scammed.

 

Also, when clicking on Contact Developer, it navigates to a blank page here.

 

Again, trying to determine what the issue is, and make sure this isn't some type of scam.

Hey ParTeeDad,

 

First of all we would like to make it clear to everyone that we are actively developing / delivering clockfaces. We are definitely not trying to scam anyone and you can check that our products are real on social medias or just download them through the Fitbit gallery.

 

As for the problem you are facing, we have recently moved to k-pay and all the customers that had bought it before through our website were successfully imported to the new platform.

 

Since you are stating that you have purchased the PRO version yesterday, you have probably bought it through their website considering that Flat Jarvis is available on their platform since 22th August correct? Do you mind sending us the reference number so we can check what happened?

Thank you for the response and apologies for the impression of being scammed.  However, after a purchase and seeing a blank website, I believe you can understand where I'm coming from.

 

I've responded to you via email and sent you my purchase from yesterday.  Please let me know what additional information is needed to help rectify this issue.

Most apps and clock faces when requesting to be purchase, display a web page on the versa, I'm simply asking what this web page is.

As for email, unless your very good searching the internet, I doubt you have my email address. I haven't received a PM
