Hi - I have started to see thin flashing lines as though there is interference from an electronic product on the screen of my fitbit flex 2 - this either shows down the right hand side or the top and bottom and is intermittent but seems to be happening more often (started about 2 weeks ago) I wear the watch 90% of the time including swimming, could the water be affecting it?

Best AnswerHi @AllisonMiller65 I am a bit confused by your description of the problem. The Flex 2 doesnt have a screen.... Do you mean a different tracker? Or can yiu post a photo of what you mean?

Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? If you have, then try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If it is still happening following that, come back here for some further assistance.
