Floor counting inaccuracies

UK resident - have had the Versa several months now without issue but over the last two days the amount of floors it has logged me doing are ridiculous to what I've actually done - I'm even getting Badges for my super effort!  Anyone any ideas how to resolve please?

@judeloc What numbers are we talking about? Have you performed any unusual activities, e.g. climbing or flying? Also, have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears?

Hi...Thanks for responding.Nothing has changed, no extra exercise etc.... my usual walk to my local town is mostly on the flat and barely registers any floors...I've done it today and its registered 255 floors!I have reset the watch a couple of times yesterday to no avail.I think the best route to take will be to contact Fitbit direct.Regards,Jude.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
