Floors and sleep issues

I’ve been a Fitbit advocate for over five years. I considered changing to an Apple Watch but decided to give the Versa a try. What a mistake. My Charge 2 was a superior product, comparatively. Apparently yesterday (I spent it in the car) I hit 39 flights of stairs. And if I depend on the Versa, I’ve slept an average of five hour a night for the last month (I’d die). Hoping there are some fixes coming?  Because I’m about to tap out.

It is great to see you around @MaryTri.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some accuracy issues with your Versa. Your watch might register some information while you are driving. Unfortunately, it's not possible to delete floors, but you can achieve the same result by negating them, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile. This is the tile that says “Track exercise" or shows how many days you've exercised this week.
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon .
  3. Tap Log or Log Previous.
  4. Enter Driving as the exercise type and enter the date, start time, and duration.
  5. Tap Add or Log it. Your steps, floors, and calories burned will decrease for the time period you specified.

Now about the sleep, please take a look at the help article What should I know about sleep stages? and follow the instructions provide there.

See you later. Smiley Happy
