Floors, steps and syncing issues.

I've had my Versa for several months, and it will sometimes record 50 to 75 flights of stairs in a day and I know that is inaccurate.  My old Charge 2 recorded my stages of sleep and the Versa has never recorded stages. The versa is sometimes 20 minutes slow in the actual time.  So when I look at my watch I have to add 20 minutes to the time displayed to get the actual time.  This has happened 3 times and then it will correct itself.  Then there are the syncing issues.  I can't tell you the number of times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, disabled Bluetooth and restarted my phone.  With all the time spent troubleshooting, I could have been exercising!  Not a very happy customer at this point!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having brought these issues to our attention. Thanks for letting us know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to ask you to perform a factory reset on your Versa then monitor it to check if the issues are still affecting it. This has helped a lot of users when the Versa is counting extra floors or not recording Sleep Stages.

 

First of all, if you're able to sync your Versa, please do it one last time before performing the factory reset as all the information recorded by the Versa for that day will be deleted. With that said, to perform the factory reset, tap on the Settings app on the Versa, then scroll down and tap on About, scroll down again and tap on Factory Reset.

The only thing I can do in settings in the Versa is turn on and off the setting for Tips and Tricks and Inspiration.  There isn't an "About" to select.
