Must people I know are having the same issue - the app just keep searching for my Fitbit but the app never updates

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, since when have you experienced this issue? Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted your tracker and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
