Food log not working properly

Hey guys,

 

I have been using the app for a while and had no real issues. The last few days, I will log food (using manual calorie add) and the app will not show my logged food. Occasionally some foods I manually log will appear later (after a few hours), sometimes they won't. Sometimes the data breifly shows up before it disappears again. It has been going on for a few days and I have found no work around. I have force quit the app, I have logged out and in again, restarted my phone, and several combinations of these. I have also had problems with the online web food log. Is there a fitbit issue I'm unaware of?

Hi @succubus what trotting phone do you have, I'll be glad to move your post out of hardware support and into the correct app support.
