Food not inputting correctly

OK, I religiously enter all my food intake every day.

Every day i start the day with a coffee and skimmed milk, enter it into the app and get the relevant calories, no problem.

Today however, when i enter my coffee it is being recorded as 'Fortisip' with a calorie value of 330 ( i don't know what this stuff is by the way)

My porridge is registering as Minestrone Soup.....What the hell is going on?

Never had a problem at all till today.

Any views?

Mike

I enter my food and it seems to be ok but then all my info is lost. This has only happened since my Fitbit app updated this morning, fine before that. My husband is having the same problem, hope it’s fixed very soon as our food and calorie intake is important to us for medical reasons.

@Tinysuz Fitbit will update the main thread (see earlier post) when there is news. As a temporary solution you should be able to log food ok via fitbit.com

Why is it that the input options for food are so different between IOS app android app and web?

It seems fitbit has differing databases which do not communicate.

Any reason why one cannot insert food servings as grams? the Ios app, allows this, the web app allows this for some foods .
