Forcing a firmware update

Is there a way to force a firmware update at all?  My wife and I both have a Versa and hers works correctly for texts using Message+ on her phone, however mine does not.  She is on version 32.32.10.20 and I am on 32.32.10.15.  I just need to get to the same version as her and then I will be happy with my watches functionality.

I hear now people who factory reset their Versa are getting the newest update. It’s in one of the forums.

According to the pinned post, the .15 firmware is the new, updated firmware.

i was also told you cannot force the update. you just have to wait. i was waiting until my fitbit totally died on me. now i have to wait for a replacement. hopefully by then i'll get the update lol.

Does Message+ now work for receiving text notifications on your Versa?

Mine does. You can choose up to 7 custom replies per messaging app from what I can make of it so far.

It doesn't work 100% for me.  I get some messages but not others.  Works fine on my wife's Versa tho.

If I do a factory reset, do I lose my clock face?

Best Answer
You'll get a Versa that looks brand new like when you first took it out of the box. Just the standard Layers clock face.

I'm afraid if I take it back with a Factory Reset, it will die and not come back.
