My charge 2 battery died. Was offered 50% off a new tracker. Terms and conditions state i have 30 days to use the voucher and cant be used on ace or ace 2. 

I wanted to use it towards the versa 2. fitbit are now saying that i cant use it on new watches yet have not said that anywhere in terms and conditions only that i have a voucher for a new tracker.

Customer services are now ignoring my emails and facebook messages.

Hi @Cmarksuk1234  from the "Remedies" section of the Warranty information:

"If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Fitbit within the applicable Warranty Period, Fitbit will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a New Product or Refurbished Product. "

 

As long as I've been on the forums, Fitbit has never let someone get the newer version of a device. They are generous to give a 50% discount on a new Fitbit. There are many styles for you to compare. I'm sure Fitbit customer services will be getting with you. Just know that each email you send seems to send it to the end of the queue. Pick one point of contact, so you will hear from them faster.
