I used to use my Fitbit app to record all runs but during lockdown I starting using the watch. I noticed changes in, distance, heart rate but thought nothing of it.
yesterday I ran and my watch wouldn’t connect so I used the app to record. I did the same run I did a week before and the distance and pace are different but not by a little, they are totally different! A kilometre in distance and a minute + in pace.
what’s more accurate the app or the watch?!!!!
I tried asking Fitbit and they didn’t answer the question just gave me links to nothing that helps me!
please Help!!!
