GPS and notifications not working-Versa 2

I'm not getting notifications and maps on GPS. All settings say connected so don't know why. Help please

To resolve difficulties with notifications, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

Regarding the issue with the maps, please visit this article, open the menu "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

The Versa 2 does not have GPS built in.  The Versa 3 does.

Like you mentioned, the Fitbit Versa 2 doesn't have built-in GPS, however it has connected GPS which allows it to use the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data.
