I keep getting notified to open my Fitbit app to sync it, but it’s on syncing on day. So does anyone know why they keep wanting me to open my app to sync my phone?

@Sue1948 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it tells you to open the Fitbit app to sync.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know where do you get the notification? If this message appears on your Versa itself, restart it as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.
