Giving up on Versa

I have spent way, way too many hours trying to resolve sync and connectivity issues.  Back in the box it goes and returning to where I bought it.  Ran out and bought an Alta HR as I had already gifted by other Alta to family.  Very, very disappointed in the Versa.  I hope that Fitbit really looks into the issues and can resolve them.  I saved up to buy the Versa, but it is not worth the continuous headaches.

Same here I'm done.. Absolutely ridiculous.  My Alta HR has been perfect, It's been nothing but issues since having TWO Versa's Same problem on both..

Ran out and got an Alta HR. Not a single issue setting it up.
