I do not have the option to move my account to google so cannot see my friends stats 

no prompt (I may have dismissed it some time ago) and nothing when I go via settings etc 

cannot see any option to start the process , however I did change my email address to my gmail address yesterday

I'm in the same boat, in terms of being able to convert my account to Google.  Although I don't know for sure, I think there might have been some sort of a syncing issue with Google servers and Fitbit servers that might have affected syncing and conversion for those that have a Gmail account attached to their accounts.  

If I find anything out, I'll certainly pass it along.
