Green light doesn’t turn off

I have reset and shutdown several times and with the watch off my wrist in the shutdown state the green light is staying on - heart rate tracking is not working nor is sleep tracking ?

Hi, try the following:

1. Go to the settings of your Versa and disable HR.

2. Restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

3. Go to the settings and enable HR.

See if that solves your problem. Otherwise contact Customer Support about you issue.
