Groups showing up on Phone?

I recently joined a couple of groups and while they show up on my desktop computer, I can't seem to find them on my phone (Moto G5) no matter how many times I sync.  When I go to my profile, there is a menu for Groups but all there is an extremely generic list of available groups (i.e. Running with 1.1 million members) with absolutely no way to identify let alone select the groups I am currently in.  Is there a way to have the groups I am part of show up on the profile on my phone?

The groups on the App are totally different from the groups you join on the web. If you want to view those groups on your phone you need to use your browser on your phone to view them.

The groups on the App are totally different from the groups you join on the web. If you want to view those groups on your phone you need to use your browser on your phone to view them.

Interesting - I guess I just assumed the two were synced up.  Accessed the Fitbit page through Chrome (as opposed to the app) and it worked perfectly.
