hello, the truth is that I don't have a problem with the watch, in fact I have a versa 2, but I'm desperate. I can't put Spotify or install other apps on the watch, nor can I change the background, etc. The fit bit app tells me that there is no internet, but there is! the app is connected to the internet but it won't let me, it keeps appearing that there is no internet, I tried everything, delete the clock from the app, delete the app, restart the router, restart the phone and I don't know what to do 😞

Hello @MARKUS1236

If I’m understanding correctly you are saying that your Versa  2 does indeed appear and say your connected on your mobile devices Bluetooth list? Try turning the Bluetooth off then on again. If your still having an issue try restarting your Versa 2. Just hold the side button down until you see the Fitbit logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. Now try an sync your Versa 2 to the Fitbit App

😃 Hopefully restarting the tracker gets things up and running again. Let me know how it goes

I already did it and the problem is that, look, I'll give you an example, the clock is perfect, it connects to the app and everything, let's say I want to sync Spotify, but the app tells me that there is no internet, when it is connected to the internet , and the app won't let me install apps or customize the clock 😞

Hello again @MARKUS1236

Try this:

Download the Spotify app on your phone or tablet. If you don’t already have a Spotify account, you’ll need to sign up for one.

2. Once the Spotify app is installed, open it and sign in.

3. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen (three horizontal lines), then tap “Settings.”

4. Scroll down and tap “Connect to Fitbit.”

5. You’ll be redirected to the Fitbit app. If you’re not already signed in, enter your Fitbit account credentials

now.

6. Tap “Allow” when prompted to give Spotify access to your Fitbit data.

7. You should now see a message saying “Spotify is connected to your Fitbit account.” Tap “Done” to finish the process.

@MARKUS1236 To change the clock on the Versa 2 you need to go to the Fitbit app on your phone. Then tap Profile pictures > Versa 2 > Gallery > Discover more. From there, you can look thru the different clock faces and select the one you like.  There are many to choose from. 😉

Hello again @MARKUS1236

Were you able to get Spotify up and running and change your clock face as well? Keep me updated

the clock works perfectly, what's wrong is the app doesn't let me enter where the clock face is changed, nor configure Spotify as in the app, the app is wrong and I don't know why

It’s quite odd that you can’t get into the Versa 2 app/clock area of the Fitbit App. So if I’m understanding you open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then when you scroll down you do not see Versa 2 that you can tap? Or you do see it but when you tap it nothing happens? Or when you tap it, it opens but nothing is working?
Can you please look here to to see if your Mobile App is compatible with the Fitbit App? https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

If your phone is indeed compatible then let’s try this….On your phone go to the settings> apps> Fitbit app. Now clear the cache of the Fitbit app and restart your phone. Then log back into the Fitbit app

Also take a look at this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Error-quot-Oops-looks-like-there-is-no-Internet-connecti... Do you have any of the following set on your phone?

  • VPN
  • Adblock software
  • Security software *
  • Private DNS *
