I've noticed the HR reading on my Versa is very inconsistent. For example, this morning I just started exercising and my HR shot up to 130 (it was probably more like 80 for real), then it couldn't be found, then it would go back to about 85. This continued to happen for about 5 minutes. Then, it started reading it correctly, but it often loses my HR throughout my workout. I'll have a sudden drop from 145 to 115 and I haven't changed my intensity at all. This has been happening consistently since I got the Versa 2 months ago. I've tried toggling on and off in the settings and rebooting my Versa. Any suggestions? It's very frustrating that my average HR readings and calorie counts are so inaccurate because of this. This is the watch's main function, it should be accurate.

Hi, try cleaning the HR Sensor with soft cotton. It will be inaccurate when there is dirt/sweat on it. If this still does not work, try restarting your Versa mutiple times in a row by pressing an holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons. If that also does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support.
