Hello,

 

I got versa for Christmas and it was working fine until I was at work the other day and it vibrates and then shut off- it had a full charge. Now, I can’t get it to turn on, the lights on the back are not on, I tried charging it and still won’t turn on. I tried the reset, holding the 3 buttons still nothing- I can see the screen turn on but nothing shows on it, and the lights on the back are still not on.

Hi, contact Customer Support, they can perform a battery test for you.
