Hello,
I had troubles with my Fitbit Versa 2 and after going through customer support, I was emailed instructions for a replacement and shipped my Fitbit. It has been over three weeks now and I haven’t received any updates or documentation like a tracking number etc. For my shipment of my Fitbit, it says on the tracking number that it was delivered.
Just curious if anyone else had this issue. I’ve tried emailing them back and I get an automatic response.
