Having trouble with Notification using fitbit Versa with OPPO A73

As per topic

 

I am unable to receive any notifications from Versa using my mobile phone OPPO A73,

I googled and youtubed every possible solutions and none worked for me

 

Anyone has the same issue and know how to resolve the problem, Please let me know

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
