Health metrics

I cannot get most of the health metrics on this widget to work?. What do i need to do to make all metrics work and display results?

Just tap on the Versa 3 information then tap the scroll down and tap check widgets. Here you will find what your looking for.

@Turner9651   I apologize if I am misreading your post.  On the Versa 3 and Sense, there are widgets when you swipe up from the clock face.  There are Core Stats, Advanced Stats, certain apps, and Logging.  Fitbit's Health Metrics are: Breathing Rate, HRV, Skin Temp, O2 Sat and RHR.  Your Heart Rate is an Advanced Stat and you can add that as a widget.  It shows your live heart rate with your RHR beneath it.  Your O2 Sat isn't available as a widget, but it is part of your Today app on the device.  The other metrics on the list aren't available on the device, only on the mobile app.
