Today my heart rate monitoring is not working just stays blank. I have done all the troubleshooting methods they suggested except when I go into my app the option for heart rate to be set to Auto is not there at all. Is this happening to anyone else Also I have a mobiletracker that is paired right below the picture of my versa lite. I dont know what it is or what that means

Hi @lil_peanut Exactly what have you tried? I dont want to repeat what doesnt work for you. Also, is the green light on the back of the watch flickering rapidly? Is Heart Rate turned on on the actual Versa? (Go to the settings app and scroll down)

Hello, I am having the same issue. Turned heart rate monitor off and on several times. Rebooted both Fitbit Versa Lite and my phone (Samsung S10e) several times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on both my phone and laptop. Disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth on both phone and laptop. Updated to the latest version (which took FOREVER by the way). Per Fitbit help center, completed factory reset. Tried USB recovery, but it failed.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
Thank you,
Krista

Same here...Yesterday I noticed my heart rate monitor was not working at all, No green lights flashing on the back at all. Went through the hard reset, etc. and still haven’t gotten it to work at all.

Same here, stopped 3 days before the update. Have done all the trouble shooting at least 4 times with no luck. Has anyone gotten an answer or fix for this problem?

If you have tried restarting several times and a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About) with no success you will need to contact Customer Support
