Heart Rate Readings

The Fitbit device has been reading my heart rate around 130-140 bpm. When I go to online dashboard and look at the graph it doesn't show anything above 88bpm. I'm wondering why it's not graphing my heart rate accurately or if I'm doing something wrong.

It may depend on your sync setting, if you have all day sync enable it should get updated regularly, otherwise it may only show the information at the end of each day. Having all day sync on may drain your battery faster, but for me I've hardly noticed it and I still get 4 days on a single charge even when using GPS

I do have all day sync on, that's why I'm curious.

I just re read you first question. The dashboard displays your "Resting Heart Rate" in other words the heart rate when you are not exercising or moving about. if you want to see your workout heart rates click on your "Recent Exercise" panel and it should display the heart rate while you were exercising and throughout the day. I haven't tried yet but you may be able to place a tile on your dashboard to display your daily heart rates, been a long time since I altered my dashboard so I can't say for sure.
