Heart rate, sleep and hourly steps suddenly stopped syncing 2 days ago. The hourly steps show on the watch, but won't sync to the app. The heart rate shows on the app but won't show on the watch. The sleep hasn't worked for 2 days. Oddly, the sleep stopped working when I got a new pillow!
Yes, I've reset the watch 3-4 times. Deleted/reinstalled the app on my phone (iphone w newest updates).
Continual problems with the Versa want me to chuck it altogether. This is now my 2nd one as the first one I had quit working after a month and I had to buy a new one because FitBit wanted to send me a refurbished one! Do I ditch it altogether now as they can't seem to fix problems?!?!

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself, restart your Versa and see if the problems are solved. See also this topic about the issues with Third Party Clocks: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Third-Party-Clock-Faces/m-p/3240014#M75042.

Nope. It's a fitbit clock face - the Flare design.

Thanks. Restarting your Versa does not solve the problem. Try this:
1. Close the Fitbit app on your phone and deinstall it. Do not remove or unpair your Versa!
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall Fitbit app again and sync it with your Versa.
See if that helps.
