Battery not lasting

After some advise i have a Versa got it in October 2018 it had been replace 3 times. Still the battary does not last more that 14 hours. Even when i go through the actions Fitbit say to save power. Beginning to get the feeling the product is simply poor. Any advise most welcome.

Hi, must be very frustrating for you and sorry to read that you always have the same problem. The only thing I can think of now, is that all of your Versa's are from the same production line. Despite this all, I advice you to contact (again) Customer Support and ask them to do a battery test. I wish you all the luck in the world!!!

Hello @MANOR1972, welcome to the community! Thank you for your feedback regarding the Versa and for the tips you have already followed, in order to increase the battery life. I still have some suggestions for you, that could help:

 

- Make sure that the power source is appropriate (5V or 1A). Try charging your Versa directly from a computer or a UL-certified wall charger. 

- Try changing the clock face.
