@Lizz78 You mean you have performed a factory reset (wiped Versa and set it up again)? You can try toggling heart rate ON/OFF and back ON (open Settings app on your Versa and scroll down to Heart rate) with a reboot of your tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes). If this does not help either, I am afraid you might have to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps.
