@Christinaand It seems like your Versa hasn't been set up yet. Do this:
- Reboot your phone
- Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
- Place your Versa in the charging dock
- Place both Versa and the phone near your router
- Open Fitbit mobile app and log in
- Set up Versa
- Follow instructions on the screen
