I m from a CA Coaching Classes in Mumbai, we gave our topper student a Fitbit versa 3 and recently the heart rate sensor stoped working how can we fix the issue

I am also having this problem. I tried turning it off/resetting and cleaning the connectors.

I have a versa 3 that has a sensor that works intermittentely. does water/sweat/position on wrist affect ability to read HR? I only started having this issue a month ago.
