Heart Rate too high on Versa

My Versa is reading my heart rate way too high. I switched from a Blaze which was 10-15 BPM lower than Versa consistently. I wore my husband’s Ionic during a workout and the heart rate on his showed 10-15 BPM lower as well. 

My Versa tracked my heart rate at heart attack level high during cardio workouts. How can I fix this? Is my Versa defective?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
