My side button has stopped working completely. I have to tap the screen multiple times to get to anything & then it's hard to go back to another screen. The heart rate has stopped tracking too. I've tried holding the button to reset it but of course it doesn't work. I'm very frustrated by this. I see the heart rate issue is becoming coming on these.

Yeah, give her and me a new replacement. Your products cost too much money, to have these kinds of issues from your customers. Do the right thing and send us another one. I mean do you even back your products? Too many people having issues with the Versa 2, to not want them replaced.
