@beemerbabe you might have to factory reset. Just remember to sync your Fitbit.

Hello @beemerbabe, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's great to see you too @Marrrmaduke, thanks for all your help.
@beemerbabe, I appreciate you have brought this situation to my attention and for letting me know you have already restarted your Versa. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Settings app in the Versa and check that Heart Rate is set to ON. If it is, tap on it to set it OFF. After that, wait for 10 seconds and turn it back on and check if the lights start blinking.
If the lights are still not blinking, I would like to ask yo to try to perform a factory reset as @Marrrmaduke suggested. To perform this process, tap on the Settings app, scroll down and tap on About and then on Factory Reset. Make sure to sync your Versa one last time before performing the reset as all the information inside the tracker will be deleted.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!

@beemerbabe no, like in full wipe of the device from settings on Versa. I'm sorry your tracker is dead. ☹️ I hope you get the replacement soon!
