Hi. Recently it seems that when i track a walk or run, it does not save heart rate info in the app or online dashboard. The rest is still there - speed, calories etc, but not heart rate.
This used to be saved and I can still see it from previous exercise.
Heart rate gets saved if it's an auto-triggered exercise, just not if I record & track the walk/run.
Is anyone else having this problem? I signed up for premium so that shouldn't be the issue.
