Heart rate not working

My versa heart rate has stopped working. It always stops working after I charge it , after about 3 hours it starts working again but this time it hasn’t resumed working. The green light is on, the heart rate selection is on. Any ideas of why this is? I’ve tried everything suggested to fix this.

Have you restarted it several times? Have you tried a Factory reset?

Restarted it about 20 times and factory reset it and it’s still not working.
