I need help! I went swimming with my versa and now the heart rate monitor hasn’t worked. And I cannot add my devise to my phone app either. It gets stuck at “found-it”

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then check if the lights on the back turn on. If they're not on, go to the Settings app on the Versa and make sure Heart Rate is ON.
Now, if you're having trouble setting up your Versa, please try the following steps:
