Heart rate not working

My heart rate stopped working I contacted support they said it was out of warranty I haven’t had the device a year yet then today my notifications stopped coming to the watch and won’t sync I’ve tried turning it off and on stopping the Bluetooth starting the Bluetooth reset i don’t know what else  today
