Hello,
Last Saturday night, my Fitbit randomly crashed. The following morning, I charged it to full battery. Ever since that, it won't read my heart rate and I don't get any sleep data. I have tried restarting it, shutting it down and turning it back on, removing it and adding it back on the app, and even factory reset. It still doesn't show any heart rate data. It just shows two dashes next to the heart icon. The green sensor isn't flashing like it usually does. Is there something else I can try or is there a bug that needs to be fixed? Thanks!

HI @JThompson321 - unfortunately it sounds as though the watch has developed a fault, possibly by water getting in. You can see that if the battery life is also shorter or it gets hot while charging, in which case stop immediately.
If it is still under warranty get it replaced.
