Hi, 

My versa lite is not able to measure my heart rate anymore as the heart rate sensor is defective and has turned red. 
Any inpu?

First try in the watch Settings turning heart rate off and on.

Then shutdown the watch and restart it.

Lastly try swipe up and see if heart rate shows.

It may be a fault in the clock face rather than the watch.
