Hello,
I bought a Versa Lite last May and it worked perfectly until today. This morning I took a shower and forgot to remove it and after an hour the heart rate and sensor stopped working. I searched in the forum for any advise and restarted and reformatted the Versa but the sensor is not working.

Hi @PPIZ  you posted this in the Ace and Family forum, but you have a Versa. I'm moving this to the Versa forums for a better response.
