My versa has stopped displaying my heart rate and no record or data of heart rate ... what could be the problem

If you turn your Versa over, is the green light flickering rapidly on the back? 

Go to the settings app on the Versa and check that Heart Rate is turned on.

Restart your Versa several times Restart your tracker

Get back to us with the results.

Go to the settings app on the Versa and check that Heart Rate is turned on.

Restart your Versa several times Restart your tracker

Hi thanks for your email... Thanks for responding the green light wasn't on
or flickering.... My versa has be restarted and now green light flickering
