So I had the charge 5 and it wasn't accurately recording my heart rate when I was training interval so I did some research and I just purchased Versa three and it's doing the same thing I can't get my heart rate above 120 or so and I know I'm at my maximum! Also I've been working out for 2 hours now and it's only saying that I've worked out for 18 minutes! So frustrating anybody else?

Hello @Sharbear5777

Maybe restarting your Versa 3 will help. Just hold the button down on the side of your Versa 3 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. Your Fitbit will vibrate telling you that restart is complete. You will NOT lose any of your data doing a restart.
This Fitbit page here will also help after you restart to give you tips on tracking your heart rate: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565.htm

😃 I hope restarting answers your question and resolved the issue. Please let me know.

@Sharbear5777 If you search the forum, this has been a known issue since the Versa 3 and Sense came out. No solution.
