Hi. I have been having a problem of my heart rate sensor not working after a while. The setting for it is always on. And I constantly have to do a factory restart to have it work again.

@Fenfenfox If factory resets and toggling HR between ON and auto doesn't help, then this might be time you contacted Customer Support so they can guide you through the next steps. You may need a replacement.
