So my Versa was working great up til about a week ago, my battery started draining really quick all of a sudden. Then today, i put it on the charger and about 1 hour later I checked it and it was on fire. Like the face and the back were really hot!! And it was dead...won’t turn on. Any ideas??? I can’t live without my Fitbit!!! 😩😩

Oh no, it appears your precious tracker has internal damage. Is it under warranty? Then it's possible to contact the Fitbit Support Team. It's up to them to decide regarding warranty.
It's possible to set up "MobileTrack": How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack? to keep tracking your steps with your phone, keeping track of activities by logging manually.
