Help please

I brought a versa fit bit, and the seller said my Huawei P Smart is compatible as is my imac computer, now wont synce with any of them, I reloaded apt everyday still nothing, bluetooth is all ways on, so at this time my fitbit sits in a draw, is there anything i can do please i would appriciate anything to get it to sync.

I went to check the Supported Devices list and I didn't see your phone on there. However, there are several Apple products on the list, could you please be more specific as to which model you have?
