Help understanding calories burnt

I get that BMR is included

Active time is included but my question is, are the sleeping calories that are recorded included in the bmr or are they apart from that.

I went to bed last night at 2000 calories burnt that day and that sounded reasonable but in the morning i look and overall it ended at 2300 by midnight

All makes sense except those last 300 calories because i subtracted my bmr from the active calories and it is very believeable.

Thanks

I'm guessing that your "eeping calories" mean "sleeping calories".

Sleeping calorie burn rate is very close to, or the same as, BMR.

If in web browser, click 'Dashboard' near top right, then on the wide graph, select calories and 'daily' to see calorie burn in 15 minute intervals.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
