Help with Reboot?

I am trying to sync my Versa! I’ve rebooted, re started, deleted it off the app, and deleted off my Bluetooth! We may have unstable WiFi, but I’m sure that’s not the problem? It’s just when I would re install the Versa on the app, it would find it, give me a code but then it won’t connect again. I’ve tried that with WiFi, and no WiFi only data and both times it will not stay connected when I type the code on the app! It would say “There was a problem communicating with the tracker. Please try again”

It’s like I’m stuck in a do-loop. How or what can I do to fix this? I want it to stay connected after I give it the code so I can have a functioning Versa

Hello @sarahmstrong13 may I ask what type of phone your having issues with? 

Also with a sync issue, in the future do not tell Fitbit that you do not want to use the tracker by removing the tracker from your account. Doing so only will add more problems, we still have to fix the sync issue. 

 

As for WiFi vs cellular that is between your phone and the Internet and has nothing to do with your phone and the tracker. 

Have you restarted both the tracker and the phone?
